The Process

At Apex Customs, we follow a precise process to ensure you receive the best experience possible. First, you will request to place an order on our website. Orders can either be a recreation of a shoe design we have made in the past (which can be found on our Instagram linked at the bottom of this page), or a new design thought of by you. Once your order is recieved, we will reach out to you via email. We will correspond regarding both timing and design- if you would like your own new design, we will sketch out prototypes for you. After this step, we will set up a Google Meet to review the prototypes and either confirm or edit a design. Once you pick a design, we will work out price and delivery date with you. When the shoes are completed, we will hand deliver them to your door.
